Timothy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took. Shopping for our second home with a two-hour time difference was no problem for him. While we patiently waited in San Diego, Timothy found multiple homes that matched our wish list. Many times he even did drive-bys to make sure the curb appeal matched the pictures and our needs.
After a few virtual phone calls and video walk-throughs, we narrowed it down to a few to see in person. As we flew across the country, Timothy made sure appointments were in place when we arrived. His communication skills could not have been better. He had all the intel on the neighborhood for every home.
Timothy is a true down-to-earth professional—very casual and never overpromising or pressuring. We loved how he always removed his shoes, even if the sellers didn’t require it.
We finally settled on a beautiful brick home in Franklin. Timothy met with the home inspector, negotiated with the seller on a few minor needs and secured some nice credits at closing. The best part is that he knows lots of agents, lenders and tradesmen, so everything fell into place, and we closed in 30 days just as we requested.
We are looking forward to working with him again this year as we search for an investment property and would never consider working with anyone else.
